Land Use Regulation

I understand the complexities and nuances of land use regulations. I have experience handling all permitting and compliance issues for clients seeking to locate and develop new sites, relocate or expand their operation. I also assist clients with Land Division, Wetlands, Woodlands, and Soil Erosion regulation. I work closely with local government to make sure real estate or development projects have the appropriate zoning and along with necessary permits and approvals.

Development

I advise clients on virtually every aspect of acquisition, development and the entitlement process including investment structuring, financing, construction, and the negotiation and documentation of management and services agreements. I help structure flexible, well-considered management arrangements and advise on appropriate relationships between various project components. I help my clients with Zoning Approvals, Municipal Approvals, Variances, Compliance, PUD’s, Condominium documents, Financial, Lending, Syndications, Venture Capital Financing.
